Buhari is towing the path of continuity and does not need to initiate on capital infrastructure. He has initiated on social infrastructure and has delivered in that area.

Regarding capital infrastructure he is carrying out a continuity which is what any right thinking person should focus on and not INITIATING new ones as you erroneously suggested.
