I for no talk o, but I want to let u know that Atiku will not restructure Nigeria.

No man can restructure Nigeria alone.
It can only be possible if the past confab reports displace the Constitution and u know that those senators and representatives members won't agree.

Nigeria will disintegrate without restructuring, the core north have already seen the hand writing on the wall.

Show me any link to any speech in the 16 years of PDP that Atiku mentioned the word Restructuring!

You are expecting a Fulani man to come and restructure Nigeria for you by taking away all his privileges in SS away from him and giving it to indigenous people of SS?

It’s either you are disingenuously naive or patently mischievous

You guys politically naive, you think that core Hausa-fulanis don't know that Nigeria will disintegrate without restructuring, they have seen the hand writing on the wall.

I am usually not given to this APC and PDP talk or any other political argument, but the mention of Osita Chidoka reminds me of the FRSC number plate scam in the GEJ tenure, that guy is so sleek that he can get your approval to rip out ones heart...

You guys don't like Nigeria and very naive about situation of things in Nigeria, you think that core Hausa-fulanis don't know that Nigeria will disintegrate without restructuring in nearby future.

Let me tell you what the Fulani know that apparently you dont know

1) They are not afraid of those in Oduduwa or the once formidable Biafrans
2) That Nigeria was nothing more than a company they could make billions from without much gra gra
3) That those in Oduduwa and Biafra have been conditioned by their religion and love for Oyibo/Akata things (i.e. Weaves and baby dedications) to be subservient and to love their oppressors and children of their oppressors (especially IGBO)

Do you think Fulani are afraid of disintergration? Those who are afraid are Oduduwa and Igbo living in Lagos and the North-they are the ones afraid of it.....along with their politician prostitutes

Atiku have no option if he win.

Hausa-fulani will choose restructuring over disintegration.

Leave Igbos out of it because it is very clear that it was Yorubas that is dying ontop one Nigeria thing.

shut up and tell Nigerians one thing Buhari has achieved.
In his first term he started Lagos - Ibadan Standard gauga railway construction which is over 150km and the project is over 60% completion.

It took OBJ, YAR'ARDUA AND GEJ 16 years to plan and start Kaduna - Abuja railway project yet they couldn't complete it

Killings in the middle belt is increasing, Niger Delta militant is rebuilding, Ipob is becoming stronger.

The core North is moving closer to Niger Republic, time will tell if there is no restructuring.

Peter Obim becomes Alhaji Atiku Abubakar's running mate.

What are the implications?

As Atiku struggles to divide northern votes, west need to support Prof. Osibanjo. APC will give south east a serious attention during campaign which may eventually affect many PDP controlled States in the south east.

First time in the history of Nigeria, South South and middle belt will decide the outcome of the election.

Wrong calculation on the side of PDP:

Atiku Abubakar should have picked a running mate from the West, reasons being that there are more registered voters in the West than in the east. Secondly, south east and south south are known from history to be very good in deciding the outcome of elections through sympathy votes, protests and propaganda, but unfortunately, south south and middle belt will play the role of deciding the outcome of the election this time around, a role they are certainly not used to.

Critical issues:

There is no south western State that is controlled by PDP, therefore picking a running mate from the West to match Prof. Osibanjo could have been the best option for PDP.

Again, south east recorded low voters in the recently concluded voters registration.

Finally, governor Obiano will use this opportunity to teach Peter Obi a lesson he planned teaching him sometime in the past, the PDP arrangement presents the opportunity for Gov. Obiano.

Salient issue:

All South PDP Governors are avoiding Buhari and APC considering the outcome of Ekiti State election and Osun State election, therefore, Peter Obi as a running mate to Atiku is all about keeping David Umahi and Okezie Ikpeazu very restless and sleepless.

Continental assessment:

Gov. Wike will punish Atiku and PDP, and possibly loose his re-election as a governor.

Sen. Godswill Akpabio will be running riot in Akwa Ibom.

Amaechi will be on rampage in Rivers state.

Okorocha Rochas will be on consolidation.

Conclusion:

PDP will win the election on social media, especially on Facebook while APC will win the election right inside the ballot boxes, and then many lawyers will become millionaires through election tribunals.

It takes about 1 to 2 years to bring an infrastructure project to FEC.
Initial Project design 6-12 mths
Procurement of consultant 6 mths
Full design and costing 6-9 mths
Procurement of contractor 3-6 mths

Any awarded project is 30% done. 1st term is for project initiation

That does not apply to all the cases.

Politics apart, he's correct. Sometimes, it takes more than that to get a project started if all the process in the public procurement act is to followed to the letter.
