Your standards for governance are remarkably low. In any other field of endeavour.... medicine, engineering, aviation.... such lapses would prove catastrophic. We are talking about law enforcement and jurisprudence where the sanctity of information and data is important.

Just shows how shoddy the job the operators of our government are doing. And how a citizen like you is prepared to put up with it for primordial gains. How do you expect your country to get better when those entrusted with its administration are given all power and trillions of naira to manage it.
