Some months ago, Buhari's billboards have been all over some streets in Abuja and other states with a campaign slogan "GOOD GOVERNANCE". Buhari is seeking for support from Nigerians for reelection over good governance. How many Nigerians can attest to good governance over the years that Buhari had sat as the president of Nigeria??
