The police in Lagos have arrested a Togolese National resident in Nigeria for allegedly raping six under aged girls. P.M.EXPRESS reports that this was confirmed by the Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, CSP Chike Oti, at the Command in Lagos.
