1. A Lawyer (female) for a Property Business
o Minimum of 1 year experience in a relative position is desired but not compulsory
o Good appearance and attitude

Duties
o Help to promote sales of properties
o Help to prepare Real Estates Documents and Contracts
o Help as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers
o Help clients to buy, sell or lease properties

Required Skills
o A fair knowledge of property market
o A good knowledge of property laws in Lagos state and Nigeria
o Good interpersonal skills to relate with buyers and sellers
o Proficiency in MS Office
o Proficiency in Social Media
o Good negotiation skills
o Good Oral and written Communication skills
