Ecclesiastes 10:19 (NASB) “Men prepare a meal for enjoyment, and wine beer makes life merry, and money is the answer to everything.”

Isaiah 24:7-11 “The winebeer mourns, the vine languishes, all the merry-hearted sigh. The mirth of the tambourines is stilled, the noise of the jubilant has ceased, the mirth of the lyre is stilled. No more do they drink winebeer with singing; strong drink is bitter to those who drink it. The wasted city is broken down; every house is shut up so that none can enter. There is an outcry in the streets for lack of winebeer; all joy has grown dark; the gladness of the earth is banished.“

So, you are adding to the bible by substituting wine with beer. Wine and beer na the same tongue

As Lagos State is set to host the second edition of the Nigeria Beer Festival from October 25th to Wednesday October 31st, 2018, organisers of the event has promised to crown the week-long event with maximum entertainment to fun loving Lagosians. He revealed that the 2017 edition attracted over ten thousand beer enthusiasts and consequently the Festival has proven to become amajor international tourist event in Nigeria with a potential to compete with other international beer festivals around the world. “Nigeria Beer Festival will be a carnival week of entertainment, sales and marketing and a gathering of the largest community of beer
consumers from across the country to bond and ‘beer’,” Oluwaleimu assured. He added that the Nigeria Beer Festival will provide a fitting ambience to showcase culture and lifestyle in a carnival atmosphere with various beer brands and other alcoholic drinks in Nigeria connecting with their existing and potential consumers. Oluwaleimu maintained that the festival, which will commence 4 p.m daily is a big opportunity for major breweries to exhibit and deliver various offerings of beer brands to the teeming consumers to strengthen brand relationship with them. “The timing promises an after

States in Northern Nigeria including some other federal allocation dependent state in the south should learn the concept with which Lagos state make money which is taxation of corporate bodies in their area and also tourism.

Governor Abdulaziz Yari and some federal allocation dependent state believe that they are so poor to the extent that they can not afford the N18,000.00 minimum wage.

But these governor are not developing their state internally generated revenue IGR.
They prefer to wait cap in hand to collect the so called free money.

These governor operate as governor from the richer state in Nigeria with a large number of security and personal aides under their payroll.

Now that crude oil earning is dropping with its resultant negative effects on government treasury and spending.

Does it not occur to our public office holders to look for cost cutting measure to run our governmental and public institutions.

Most importantly stop this mindless looting of our governmental treasury.

After draining crude oil and the big money that it comes with our wicked political class are jostling to set up gas pipeline to tap gas from the Niger delta region through the northern part of Nigeria and across north Africa through the Mediterranean to Europe.

From what is coming from Dr Ibe Kachikuwu (state minister for petroleum ) report the whole project will be a long difficult concept as the federal government has to settle the Niger deltan whose crude oil they stole for close to 50 years.

The gas export will also withness wanton vandalism as gas is much difficult to manage than crude oil.

There are so many festivals such that following the diverse culture and traditions we'd have more than 1000 festivals at any given period but appreciating them is what is killing our culture...so elwe overcompensate by copying.
