I can boldly say Apc handlers are all default liars.
Look at this: if pdp spends 300billion/year according to their flyer, and in 16years they spent 460billion, or (300x16)billion?

Look at this: if pdp spent 300billion/year on rice according to their flyer, and in 16years should they spend 460billion, or (300x16)billion?
Again, assuming without conceding the claim is true that we actually spend 300billion (more than all the rice in Nigeria for 4-6months) on importation under pdp,
Shouldn't apc have saved in 3years up-to 900billion?

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in 2014 disclosed that Nigeria spent an average of N800 Billion annually on the importation of rice. Unofficial import receipts through the Cotonou corridor was not captured in the CBN figure.
