For almost 3 months, their site has been down making subscribers unable to o subscribe or buy data directly. New customers could not be registered. Customers were asked to top up using quick teller and then call the customer service number @ 0700 ntel live to assist in subscription. Now, almost 2 weeks, the customer service line has been going through and no update from the company as to what's happening?

Are we expecting another closed company or what?
