TRAINING BRIEF

Social Media Management - Social Media skill is the buzz in the World market place and labour terrain. In our hiring and candidate referral experiences lately, we realized the merger between regular job duties and social media knowledge. The demand for digital and online savvy workforce is on the rise. Through this training, we hope to equip graduates to become basic social media officers capable of handling a company's social media needs. Every graduate needs this knowledge in this present times.

*Career Enhancement- Our experience in the employment field has shown that getting and staying on a job is beyond a good CV and passing the interview stage but about requisite skills that employers need in a staff. Our approach in this training will delve into those skills that help an unemployed person become highly employable and a sought after in the Labour market.

Entrepreneurship- We also realized that most Nigerian Graduates are without jobs because they lack entrepreneurship/business skills or lack the guide on how to better channel this skill to create value or make money. Through this training, graduates will learn how to start a business and run one successfully . The instructors of this Training are Young persons who have started businesses and growing these businesses based on the principles they will teach.

Job Connect Program: At the end of the training on each day, some candidates(based on fields and qualifications) will have the opportunity to attend interviews with represented companies on the training site while some will be enrolled in our database for future short term or long term jobs with our partner organizations.

Criteria for Participation in the Training and Job Connect Program
1. Candidate must be have some free time or be unemployed(at the time of this training)but ready to work/be employed

2. Must be between ages 18 and 40

3. Training is for graduates but OND holders with certificates of their diploma, Part time Students and Undergraduates(on IT and within the approved age range) can apply.

4. Candidates who are active online

6. Other requirements for participation and venue details will be communicated to qualified persons via call or mail.
