Lawyers in the house help pls!
My late dad passed on recently as a serving federal civil servant in lagos state, he has savings in pension so i want to obtain letter of administration to retrieve his rsa savings. In obtaining the LOA is it compulsory we obtain the LOA from the same state of his abode or lagos where he worked. I was advice to better obtain it in federal high court outside lagos as it takes alot of time and inducement. My question is it true i can obtain it outside Lagos. Pls advice..
