I downloaded some HP and Windows update and my computer instantly lost the mouse function. The icons became huge and no way to navigate. Now its asking if I want to go back to factory default which can make me lose all data or crash the CPU. I am scared. What do I do? Please be careful with those downloads. Do you think I got a virus or just technologically challenged? |
