This part explores Citizenship by Investment in Moldova, St.Kitts and Nevis and St.Lucia.
It is quite interesting that Saint Lucia is the world's only country named after a woman; Saint Lucy of Syracuse. Moldova is ranked 3rd in the world in terms of internet speed and was the first nation globally to launch high-definition voice services for mobile devices. Moldova has a whole day dedicated to wine, wine tastings are cheap and there is a free bus to shuttle between wineries. Interesting!
