I will be going for Constituency Party Meeting on Thurdays where we will be ask to bring an idea on how to generate job for graduate in the state. I decided to bring this topic up.

The Government should build an ESTATE in each Local Government Areas that accommodate 500 coppers for 2½ years. We have 37 Local Government areas multiply by 500 corpers we should be having 18,500 corpers accommodated in all.
The first year when they are on Primary Assignment, the second Year when they are yet to get employed or job, while the remaining 6months to look for where to stay outside the estate, after these months there is immediate evacuation for Corper.
The CORPER CRIB will be a 3 storey building, in each building will be 18 rooms in a total of 27 building in the estate. Each rooms will be tiled a toilet, bathroom and kitchen an iron bed, fan, light and 1 iron chair and table.
A security room with CCTV cameras monitoring the building apartment.
A big plant generator and solar power to be on (6pm – 6am) always.
LAGOS CORPER CRIB is for both serving and Previous Corpers who are single, and yet to secure a job and having accommodation problem. It is not where you will be staying for years.
A form fee of N10,000 for applicant to generate money for the Government Purse. The fee expire every year ( which means they pay twice in within 2 years the first year and second year).

The main objectives of LAGOS CORPER CRIB- Just to create jobs for graduate
THE LAYOUT:
If there is 15000 Graduate deployed to Lagos in 2019, each one will fill a form on LAGOS CORPER CRIB website where they will be posted to different Local Government according to which Local Government Area they fill.
Since all information about the Corpers are posted to Lagos Corper Crib website, a ministry is going to be setup that will oversee all Corper in each Local Government area for that year.
On their website employers of labour can easily go there to request for a specific qualifications for employement opportunities since their cv’s, credential and other information is there.
Each member in the ministry will represent each Local Government, therefore each ministry will be able to forsee the welfare of the Corper who are yet to be employed and who has been employed.
The Government can therefore set-up an INSTITUTION like a scheme ( Lagos State Corper Loan) where grants will be given to 10 corpers of the same course of study- they will be group in 10person per group with the same idea of production.
They are to come together (each group) to write a business proposal of what they can do with 10million Naira (10,000,000) that can employe a labour of 25 people.
Which means if 15,000 corpers is divided by 10= 1500groups (maybe at the end of the screening 500 groups can come with a good business proposal)
Therefore 500 jobs x 25graduates in each industry = 12,500 graduate employed that year.
