I got the regret mail. That i failed the test and my application will no longer be processed.

I feel they have not contacted anyone just yet I tried contacting a staff of the company on LinkedIn. She gave me an mail address to email them but then I don't want to appear desperate been pondering if I should mail them.

I emailed the person that sent the invite to me and said the candidacy is still under review and they will contact all of us

So i got an insider source that explained that the mail sent to individuals that passed the aptitude test meant that they are on the waiting list. eventually candidates that passed the test will be contacted for interview through the year should a position that meet their background arises.

I understand they contact candidates based on their background and roles. Background could be by academic discipline or experience.

I think we should all just be patient and see how it turns out.
