Please help me, I don't want to die! I just got back home now after breaking every known land speed record & almost hitting a young boy in the process. I dashed straight to the toilet & what happened next shook the very foundations of my house. The stench itself rendered me immobile for a few seconds.  When I finally regained consciousness & stood up to investigate what happened, I saw terrible things. My legs have been shaking ever since & I'm also short of breath. My close friend says I'll die soon if I don't do something about this ASAP so I decided to bring my problem to Nairaland because I believe there are still good people here. Nairaland doctors please diagnose me before my village people win his battle. I don't want to die. Here are samples of my stool to aid your diagnosis. Thanks.
