COMMENTARY:

-The national office did not and cannot declare that Buhari had no WAEC certificate,it only stated the obvious,that his examination records cannot be found in the national office in Ghana.

-Why should I request for my own WAEC exam records at the national office in Ghana and not Nigeria or the headquarters?


-It is even not possible for WAEC to release the exam records of a student without his consent.the procedures are very clear on their website!

Therefore the source and intention of the purported letter is very suspicious.

-WAEC national office, Ghana has records of only exam written in Ghana,it is not possible to have the EXAM RECORDS of exam written in Nigeria,in Ghana!

-The WAEC certificate issued to the president was by the registrar,Dr Iyi Uwadiae,from the head quarters.He is recognised as the registrar on the official website of the headquarters.


It is therefore very laughable to believe a purported letter from WAEC Ghana rather than attestation certificate from WAEC headquarters.
