I dont understand how people will allow emotions and political affiliation to becloud their judements, sense of reasoning, paying attention to details and ability to understand simple english. When you read the content of the reply made by WAEC to the enquiry ; it was so clear what they meant. But mischief makers who cannot read a simple primary school english letter, who cannot differenciate between Certificate and Attestation to Results, who do not know the numeric interpretation of Alphabetical results will continue to disgrace themselves with unintelligent display of loquacious,talkative, garrulous, voluble, over-talkative, gushing, rambling,gossiping, chattery, babbling, blathering, gibbering, big-mouthed, gabby, gassy, talky; raremultiloquent and multiloquous arguements without thinking.
