Saying Nollywood has defined anything outside Africa is a far reach really. Don't confuse Nollywood for Bollywood, nothing out of Nigeria has reached an audience like Bollywood or even the Chinese film industry.

Plus I can assure you that it is not the likes of Nina being watched around the world. I know mediocrity is something most Nigerian enjoy, but the best you can get is a caricature.

Nollywood has told the whole world that all Nigerians practice juju. That is one of its greatest legacies. It is not laundering our image at all.
