A 1961 original doc should've been presented.
Personally, I don't think a certificate really determine the best President but Forgery is a bad one.
The way they use one lie to cover another is a really embarrassing one especially in this Anticorruption crusade.
The truth is, many politicians hold forged certificates, some didn't even present any to INEC.
Thank God people are now following things up.
