A 16-year old boy, Master Francis Chinedu Ubechu, a JSS2 student of Amaimo secondary school in Ikeduru L.G.A, has been diagnosed as having kidney failure. Doctors at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) Enugu have recommended immediate kidney transplant in India as his only hope of survival.

A medical consultant at the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Owerri, Dr. Izugba after series of tests in Owerri, referred the patient to UNTH.
A kidney transplant in India is required now to save the life of this young man. About 3million naira is needed for this surgery. The family is indegent and can’t afford this bill.
