Good afternoon Nairalanders,I bought Satis Sausage at Shoprite Abuja yesterday with the intension of using it to make scotch egg. I finally made it today but was highly disappointed with the outcome. The sausage beef looks like an artificial coloring was added to it. Pls can anyone recommend a good brand that I can use because I would like to make another one some day.
