The very dirty foam/mattress as seen in the picture is what is used by high-jump athletes for training at the stadium.

Athletes that use the foam for training include state and national athletes.

Indeed, this is very uninspiring - to say the least.

what did you expect? Does anything work in the zoo country?

And something in me is telling me and even assuring me that they picked those foams up from the open dirt area at the back of a LAWMA truck.
