Hi, please i need advice

I am interested in becoming a canadian resident but i can only raise money for 1 ielts test

Do i take the ielts academic exam, go to canada as a student and follow the path to PR

Or

Do i take the ielts immigration exam, apply for express entry, join the pool and wait to be selected?

Please i am in my early 30s and i am not financially bouyant

But i can hustle to get the minimum amount of money i need

My education level is msc

I can go for another msc or diploma
