A Jos-based public affairs analyst and commenter identified as Davidson took to Facebook to share photos of victims killed that led to the killing of Major Alkali.According to him,they were killed few days before some bad ones blocked the road and killed Major Alkali.He wrote.... 'In the flurry of activities that led to the sad but cold blooded murder of Gen Alkali Idris at Dura- Du, we may forget to mourn and commiserate with some families there too that are still grieving the murder of their loved ones who were mowed down by armed killers in a Gestapo style a few days before some bad ones blocked the road and killed Alkali reprehensibly. They also deserved to be buried with honor by having a high-powered condolence visit to their families and also their families would wish to see that their killers, like that of the late General, were unearthed and arrested as well. Very bad. What must have provoked these murders in the first place? The Nigerian Security Service is very biased and do not care about the locals who were slaughtered without provocation, but all of a sudden, they have shown so much commitment in apprehending the killers of the General. Backward reasoning What about the other victims of the village, some who were murdered as far back as 2013? The owner of the red Rover in the pond was killed in 2013. The Hiace bus driver (and probable passengers) were killed way back in June 2018. What if the gunmen who killed the people shown here were also indignantly avenging the deaths of the murderd of 2013 and perhaps more before and after that? If you're justifying the activities of the killers of alkali then the unknown gunmen too can claim the same rights. ednut1:They had justice. Had they not killed the fool we would not even know his boys raided their community days earlier. They are brave men in my eyes. If the government can not call the army to order then we the people should deliver justice. After all we the people are the government. They get paid from our tax. If he was not the target but just a victim of normal criminals of that area then he is a welcome target I wish criminals keep attacking high ranking police officers, military personnel and politicians who have failed us in the area of security every year security votes (millions of naira are given to each senator) yet nothing is done our defence budget costs us almost a billion nara if not more yearly yet security is so poor.
