I wanted to buy a plot from them in 2012 but i decided against it.
Apart from the cost of the land which was 3.5 m they said i would have to pay about 2m for the construction of infrastructure within the estate.
they said that the road within estate will be constructed by PW and 2 years later they have not put any new infrastructure on the ground. rather the purchased another estate opposite the existing one. the estate which i decided to buy from was forthright gardens. and i can say the at least in forthright the drains and nepa pole on the street of my plot of land has been constructed and erected.
