The Buhari WAEC certificate scandal is getting curiouser and curiouser. The US War College just said, in response to a Freedom of Information Act request, that Buhari didn't submit any credentials to it to qualify for its training. This effectively nullifies claims to the contrary. Note that 1. No undergraduate or graduate credentials were *required for attendance 2. The letter also stressed *undergraduate and *graduate credentials, which would exclude WAEC certificates See letter below...
