Textile Mill Road is a popular road in Benin city, Edo state.

The road was a major one that linked many parts of Benin and was even an alternative route to Lagos from Benin City as well as a major route to other parts of Edo State.

Textile Mill Road is also an access road to one of the biggest auto spare part market Market in the state.

In recent times, the long-stretch of textile mill road is riddled with pot-holes and ditches. This situation often lead to the breaking down of vehicles plying the road.

As with many roads in Benin city, Textile Mill roads is lacking in drainage system.

Textile Mill Road is located in Egor Local Government area of Edo state.

Eghe Ogbemudia is the Chairman of Egor Local Government Area.

So the former Obioma Taylor of a former Governor did not feel sympathetic to this road even though it is called textile mill road

I think Benin had some of the worst inner-city roads in the country!

Just what did Oshiomole do for a whole 8 years!?

I don't know why almost all intra city road in Benin, are built without a drainage system...?

it ain't about patching the road now, it's getting a good drainage system in place first.
