I give Kudos to Nigerians that fly local airline. We have known this for long and I refused to fly any of them. GIGM is always available for inter-state trip. 1 Like 1 Share |

This post and article sourced from Vanguard is another lazy journalism. The airplane age is not just determined by the year the aircraft was built. What if the entire Avionics and Engine were replaced with brand new ones in 2014? What if the landing gear was replaced 2017? The most critical functions of a plane in terms of safety are engine, avionics, landing gear, navigational system and the fuselage integrity. If all of these pass IATA tests, it certifies the plane to be 1st class. If age is that much of a problem, can you use the contents of this article/post to explain why a Boeing with ONLY 800 hours flight time and BUILT IN 2018 crash and kill all 189 people on board. That makes the plane less than 11 months old! Lion Air Flight 610. 5 Likes |

fkj950ax:I was actually looking for one person that has sense untill I saw this. A lot stupid people just want to say something for no reason. The funny thing is Lion Air has a very bad record and one. Lots of issues from the past year and Iearned that pilot pay them to fly because they want to add to their years of experience. Instead of them paying first class pilots. It's funny how everyone missed " the average age of plane is 25 years ". Comparing Ethiopian that does long route to arik that flies only West Africa. They are mad. 3 Likes |
