come and collect 100 million

The FG would collect the 100 million or imprison Abaribe.

If you make a single noise, you would join your daddies in the Biafran baptism.

100 million is nofin but the way you people are jumping on this thread do you have share from the 100 million some of your tribe men are pathetic

100million is nothing under PDP. Even 1billion is nothing. Illegitimate money abounds under PDP.

This is APC, you better make sure if you deposit 100million in a bank that it is legitimate money. Not only that, the inflow of stolen treasury into individual hands has been blocked so those who have money are not sure how long it would be before awoof money return so they spend what they have very very timidly.

Its plenty billions of hard currencies in different banks and accounts with no one stepping forward to claim them. They got there under PDP.

The security agencies have located them but refuse to file for their forfeiture....they are baits. There is surveilance waiting to catch the thief that will come to claim them.

I hope thats not what Abaribe is depending to cash the 100million. His ewon tenure will be longer than distance of equator around the earth.

All Ipob members should be compelled to donate to pay this money.

Let Buratai's boys mount road blocks in the SE and collect 20M from each of the 5 states in the SE. The road blocks would be there till the money is complete.

You would never hear Kanu in Igboland again.
As policy this would be gold! Lol!

The way Yulobas are cerebrating in this thread is something else, nawaooo, those men can afford 100m now but the court should also look into military invasion of Kanu resident which led to his jumping the bail.

U mean the judge does not consider the fact that Nigeria army in question invainded the home of the accuse leading to his escape to avoid his untimely death. The judge should old consider this angle of the case.
Court cases are not based on beer parlour gossips, go present the judge a proof that his house was invaded and maybe that would help Abaribe and other sureties

Abaribe should object to that ruling. Had the soldiers killed Kanu, would the judge tell Abaribe to bring Kanu's corpse to court because he was a surety?

Nonsense! The judge is only bowing to the power of the day. angry
Give us a proof that the soldiers invaded his house

You are going too far, tell those IPOBians to produce a proof of the soldiers invading Nnamdi kanu's house and present same to Justice Binta. Simple.

My questions are as follows
1. "if the Nigeria Army acting under order from the FG had succeeded in killing him (Nnamdi Kanu), will the court of law still order his sureties to forfit such huge amount of money?"
2. "Since there is threat to life by the very people who took him to court, why then should his sureties be charged?"
Give us proof that his house was invaded

How did you know the army ant to kill him? can you tell a judge that the army wanted to kill him? You think a court of law is a place for emotional conjectures? Do you even have any evidence the army went to his house?

Personally, I think the judge is biased. The federal Government, through the military, went to Kanu's house to kill him. He escaped and left the country to save his life. Why is the judge holding the sureties responsible for what the government caused? If Kanu had stayed back to be killed, would Justice Binta Nyako have ordered that the Sureties bring his dead body to court for trial? Of course not

So why penalise the sureties over a situation the government caused? I think Abaribe and co should head to the appeal court because this is miscarriage of justice
You should provide a proof of that and present same to Justice Binta

What do you think the Army went to shoot up Kanu's house for? Billet holes in his bedroom, living room even his Dog wasn't spared. You think the Army went on a social call? The videos of the Army at Kanu's house are on YouTube
Give links on YouTube you have with pictures and videos of soldiers in and around his house

It has a limit to the extent that it is not used to commit a crime. There is no crime called the crime of "talking about going to get someone's head". If there was, half of Nigeria would be in jail

I've told you this times without number that even here in Nigeria, you can land yourself in court or jail because someone accused you of "threat to life". That most Nigerians don't know about it doesn't make it less a crime

Threat to life cannot be mere words alone, it must be backed up by some sort of action. If everyone who ever said they will kill someone were charged to court, we would all be in jail.

I'm completely shocked about the whole thing n the general apathy towards Abaribe n co especially from the igbos not necessarily to support kanu but to say no to brutal oppression, because what is happening is simply a desperate attempt by the hausa/fulani to silent completely voice of desent against their wicked dominance n expansionist agenda which they view the igbos to be the champions n ultimately instill fear into the rest ethnic groups that may wish to attempt opposing them.
