If Obasanjo, Yar'Adua and Goatluck did not restructure, then it will be foolish for anyone to ask Buhari to restructure. No one will change a current structure which favours him and his people. Obasanjo and Goatluck had the chance, they threw it into the wind. Buhari will never ever restructure. |
