Good morning Nairalanders. I studied at Osun State College of Education, Ila Orangun (In Affiliation to University of Uyo) and graduated in 2009. Since concluding NYSC in 2009, the only document I have is the notification of result. Most of us haven't been issued certificate, they keep telling us to be patient. What can I do? |
