I got scammed of 100k last week. This guy Pretended to be American but i later discovered he's a Nigerian. I can easily get this guy's ip, but will any Nigerian ISP (Mtn,Glo,Etisalat,Airtel e.t.c) give me this guy's details if i provide them with his IP address? I just want him arrested asap, I don't tolerate scammers. @seun @lalasticlala Please help me push this to the front page, I just want to get info about this. |

chrischike: Was extra careful bro. This guy is a pro with extraordinary editing skills and he sounded real. Although i paid through paypal so i opened a dispute and i know they will refund asap i just want to know if i can track this guy |

Hmmm I don't think IPs are static When they turn off their data and turn it back on they are assigned another IP making it difficult to track. Also, no Telecom company will share customer details without court order. Good luck. |
