They deceive urself, best state in Nigeria (Lagos) is APC, best state in SS(Edo) is APC, worst state in SS are Bayelsa and Delta, despite d huge 13% derivation allocation the state is still poor as a church rat and they can't even pay salary or pension. worst state in the SE(Abia) is control by PDP, best state in SE(Anambra) is control by APGA not PDP.
