I challenge you to mention one company, preferably the one you work for that shares profit with employees or gives profit bonus to employees who are not directors,deputy directors or branch managers. I know banks give these people profit bonus because I work as a contractor to a bank in Nigeria.
You might even be jobless for all we care or you work in a firm own by a relative,come here spewing trash.
Can can a firm share profit with someone that's probably in almost the lowest hierarchy in the organization,as the case is for fresh graduate employees.
