Teach your dog to sit on command with this easy and effective steps i have put together.

people wonder how dog training is done , some tried but no results, well that's why you have me!! lol.

teaching the sit command to your dog is usually quite simple, as dog tends to sit naturally, either requesting for something or trying to please us....

NOTE: One of the most important aspects of training a dog is making sure his attention stays on you. Teach your dog the look or watch me command so you can always get your dog to focus on you, no matter what distractions are present.
How to Train Your Dog to Sit

You need to carryout this steps 5-10 min a day,

1. Get your dog’s attention and show him that you have a treat (food)in your hand.
2. hold the treat above his head, not to high he might jump..
3. use the treat to push against his nose (not allowing him eat it), he should move backward and eventually sit.
4. As soon as your dog’s rear lands on the ground, say "sit!" or “good dog” in an upbeat tone.
5. Immediately give your dog the treat followed by petting and praising.
6. Repeat 1-5 until your dog sits at the sight of the treat above of his nose.
7. Repeat several times, using the word "sit" each time and gradually phasing out the hand motion (keeping using the treat, just phase out the motion)

after going through this phase, try it again but this time without treats.

*If your dog does not sit on his own after a few trials, avoid pushing him into a sitting position. Dogs don't tend to learn well that way. Also, avoid shouting or punishment. Instead, consider trying more valuable treats, like fresh meat, bread , liverwurst, etc.
