I don't understand why PVC number is a requirement for filling out this loan scheme form.everyone knows that PVC is harder to obtain than National ID card. Why didn't the government lay emphasis on national IDcard since they have been campaigning so much for people to get the ID. This thing carries an undertone of election rigging. This is really low from the government.

This country knows no peace, Not even in Death. For God's sake can they tell us what the PVC's requirement there is for? If it is for a means of Identification, why don't we use the NIN which is for that purpose? Even the saints in Nigeria sins more than the devil 1 Like |
