Supporters of Okey Ogbodo, factional Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, APC, in Enugu State and those of Barr. Tabugbo Ogara , a contender in the APC governorship primaries, from Enugu North Senatorial District have declared their total support for the authentic APC governorship candidate in the state, Senator Ayogu Eze.
The move has led to a complete collapse of all the factions in the party in Enugu North Senatorial district where the APC governorship candidate, Sen. Ayogu Eze hails from.
The leader of the party in the zone and the state, APC Youth leader, Prince Ikechukwu Oloto who led the leaders of all the factions to the home of the APC governorship candidate over the weekend pledged their loyalty to the supremacy of the party and the candidacy of their son, Sen. Ayogu Eze.

Also, the leader of APC in Udenu, Emmanuel Nnadi, a native of Orba, country home of the incumbent Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi who seeking a second term, acknowledged that the war in the party is over and urged all party faithful to rally round the candidate of the party.
