No,they should not go to any court.The hon member representing urue-offong/oruko(minority leader)defected from APC to PDP,the speaker did not declare his seat vaccant.But wen the reverse was the case,he was swift to act.That is impunity of the highest order.So,those 5 hon members should use anything available means within their power to fight this impunity by the PDP-dominated house of assembly.When curnyman die,he should be buried by curnyman.Shikina!
