If as an employer of labour, you have a vacancy in your organization and two gentle showed up for the interview to fill the vacancy. The first applicant , based on his experience and antecedent, he has what it takes to grow your business from one hundred million naira to 500 million naira but based on his antecedent or the general perception about him, he may steal up to 10 million of your money if not properly monitored .And the second applicant , based on his antecedent and obvious total lack of knowledge of the job he applied for , you know he would deplete your 100 million naira to five million naira within a year but he may not steal your money even if not properly monitored. As a rational business man, who knows the essence of business, who among the two will you employ ? Any reasonable man would employ the former without thinking twice . It is better to gain 400 million and lose 10 million naira out of it than to have your money gone down the drain for the folly of a certain Mr integrity who is obviously tactless and clueless

This is the type of choice Nigerians have to make comes February 2019 . We would rather employ a profitable demon than employing an angel of ruin . But my fear is that most Nigerians still have their brains totally masked with the wool of Creed and clan, while some few others do not really know what they want . They only follow the bandwagon. Sad! But we , to whom the development of the project Nigeria is our business, we must strive at all times to educate , not repudiate, those who want to employ the the angel with a beautiful facade which is in direct contrast to the inner side his . We must , through superior argument and not termagant, bring them to the consciousness of what is at stake should we hand over our business to a never-do-well again. We need to work our fingers sore to illuminate their mind to see the advantages of employing a perceived demon over a clueless angel . The arduous task to emancepate them from mental slavery is ours . We should rather coax than coerce for coercion is only a weapon to those who are intellectually deficient . Our argument must be issues based , filled with intelligent points and facts. No matter what they throw at you, do not waver or quiver for short is the lifespan of propaganda and even shorter , is that of falsehood and perfidy.
