This guy is too sentimental. Guy anything they want to do they can do it so far it's their recruitment program. Graduates abroad who are writing this test also have their NYSC certificates. So what's your headache? Oh! Because you want the job, so others should not get it. Guys let's be reasonable here. I am living in Nigeria and wrote the test, why should I complain? Moreover it is the same test we wrote they are going to write. So let them face the reality too. Most of these jobs are not based on the school you finished from. So guy be patient.
Remember company's HR policies are different. Stop comparing Total recruitment process to Mobil's. Just pray, prepare and hope for the best.

it is an interview with the dept head, usually one person but on rare occasions, he may decide to invite additional managers for the interview. it however goes beyond a casual chat. they may choose to ask HR and technical questions.
