I am a merchant on konga and I've been on konga for quite some time now. Almost about 2 months ago, I made sales and up till now, they are yet to credit my account. I have called their CC lines several times and still they have been unable to explain the delay or what happened? I have spent a lot on calls, because they do not have a toll free line Someone has made a mistake and they are trying to cover up because I am a nobody. Even though the amount is not huge, this is cheating. This is broad day robbery! I know how much it costs to contact a better manufacturer in China, buy products and ship to Nigeria. You can't take my sweat just like that. Lawyers in the house, please help me. I need to sue them! Why are we being cheated and treated like animals like this for crying out loud. pp802: Businesses cheat because in Nigeria nobody cares, everybody is after his/her own benefit.
