If you're not based in a cold wintry country, you have no excuse not having your bath daily. There's no way you won't sweat and your pores will be clogged with sweat. How about the stink that will be coming from beneath your armpits? Bathing once in 3 days is too poor. You're female, you need to pay attention to your hygiene.

Hope you have not started withdrawing yourself from people and social activities? If so, see a doctor or counsellor asap.
