Diamond Bank Debited me twice fro a single transaction from their Mobile App
After Complaining, they told me to go and Meet the beneficiary for thier own mistake or App mistake,
this is the second time it is happening

Not just Diamond Bank App alone but the Diamond Bank as whole misbehaving. Imagine they do deduct N4 from my account on daily basis without any alert for it. I hav complained severally but they do say they are working on it for d past 3weeks now. Me kuku ma no wait for Dem again, I just emptied my Diamond Bank account and moved d money to another bank.
