Shop Floor Sales Executive – Mobile Phones Store

Location: Abuja (candidates must be resident in Abuja)

Job Description
- Support in-store retail activities.
- Provide in-store customer service and enhanced customer experience.
- Demonstrate sound product and service knowledge always.
- Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand, as well as price trends.
- Understand /monitor competitors and communicate business intelligence.
- Conduct regular visits to identified existing and potential corporate clients.
- Identify, introduce and penetrate new prospects and other sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage corporate client relationships.
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Perform direct marketing and sales activities as well as coordinate periodic promotional activities.
- Generate B2B, corporate and bulk sales.
- Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
- Produce daily and weekly reports.
- Monitor and report all other activities and provide relevant information for the management.
- Manage stock and inventory.

Qualification, Experience & Profile

- At least a University degree
- Experience in mobile phones sales and customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good written, oral and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to use own initiative
- A quick learner
