Its natures gift, build a cave and keep him for a pet and give it a name, my friends dad had one for over 30years now. They are not harmful, better still, take it to the nearest zoo or conservation centre. Thirdly, there are some communities were tortoise is rampant, you can keep it with its kind to survive together.
