Just passing-by yesterday, I came across this creative parking concept at Area 1 in Abuja. I won't deny the fact that I'm seeing this for the very first time, if you like, call me a village boy, it doesn't change my anything. On a more serious note, such concept should be deployed in the highly congested areas of some cities in Nigeria where getting parking spaces is always very difficult. The likes of Lagos State and other crowdy areas in the FCT. The NED Boss
