Does Africa need factories more than churches?

Many would immediately say Factories.

Well, the factories we have, from the suburbs of harare to the streets in Nigeria all closed down because we stole from these factories, we resumed work late and gave flimsy excuses for missing out in carrying out our jobs
We don't clean the machines or care for the environment
We stole the gas needed to run the machines and reduced the quality of our services to the factories

We lied and extorted, employed unskilled hands because they are our relatives and the factories closed down.

Some couldn't just continue because of mismanagement.

We blamed government for our undoing and haven noticed how dumb the government is

We blamed the church and wished we have factories instead if churches so that we can do to the factories what we've done to previous ones.

Freeze and his group of fools are yet to erect any factory yet they talk down on men of God who erected churches, we forget that we need to first build men that'll build factories.

Talking in social media is cheap, go to the real world and build factories and see how long it last when envious minded people run them.

Build factories and employ those church critics and see how your factories would fare. Or let all the church critics come together and show the church how its done besides just talking on social media because talk is free

We've not become a people that can run factories, when we become, we'll begin by resurrecting our dead factories and build new ones.

The church is an industry in itself. It refines and process humans to be able to do exploits in the world

The people have decided as “lazy yoots” to sleep in church after over-consumption of “tramadol”! grin

Those people who runs the factories down are still the same people who sit on those churches praying day and night... Now, is it that the prayers don't work or the people are simply fooling themselves in those churches? Or the churches are teaching wrongly or are the people full of ignorance to be able to learn and understand the teaching of the churches?

Why do the people run the factories down when they still go church, pray and have holy spirit in them?

Why Nigeria doesn't Need factories now

After millions of dollars was pumped into the Ajaokuta Steel and nothing to show for it, yet we beg for factories instead of men with integrity

When you employ a Nigeria to oversee a factory

He'll first put his family members in top positions whether they are skillful or not

Those who gets employed would be those who either bribed him or he'll need a favor from in return

If he collects 40k for each staff, he'll remove 5k each from the salary of each of them and hand down 35k to the manager who would deduct 2k each and hand down 33k to the units heads who would deduct 1k each before paying the staff 32k each.
The staff would hear the rumor that their original pay is 40k and that their heads are deducting it and would in turn starts stealing from the factory, coming late to work and take unnecessary leave from work

After few years, factory would be closed for mismanagement

Hunger increases

They blame government who won't listen

Then they blame church and ask for another factory so they can mismanage again

We need to build people who have integrity

Then we can build factories

Ask the government that question lipsrsealed

The companies that were set up in the military era, is it the church that ran them down?

The mission and the purpose if the church and the government are distinct. That is why I am not so comfortable with governments building churches and pilgrimage( although this may fall under the social welfare cadre of government's obligation), but the Church should be left alone.

Building industries is not the mandate of the church afterall, those people who are complaining of high school fees of Church schools will still complain that the products of the Church industries are not affordable for their members grin cheesy.

I no too like some pastors but we must give them credit where it is due.
