Most of these FSARS guys are just touts in uniform.
On a serious note, I try as much as possible to always avoid 1-1 conversation with any uniform person holding a gun in Nigeria. Most of them are only holding that AK 47 , they are not properly trained on how to use them .

Let me tell you this - for all shouting sai baba till 2023. SARS will be unleashed in 100 folds come 2019 after Buhari comes back as President. SARS was only withdrawned from the roads few months to the elections to let them perfect their games of 2nd coming of worst president ever in the history of Nigeria.
