Muslims are quick to point out as heresy theclaim that Jesus is the son of God while embracing Mohammed's claim to be the last prophet. They forget that the two claims are equally egocentric
Before you remove the speck from your brother"s eyes try and remove the log in your own eyes

What do you mean by son of God? A son could either be spiritual(in religious sense) or biological.

Do you know what "egocentric" means?

Jesus is described as the only sonof God. That is self patronising or egocentric
